Can I buy bags by the pack or pallet?
Yes. Selected standard bags are held in Auburn and sold in multi-bag packs. For pallet quantities, tell us the bag and quantity you need. Bags per pallet vary by model.
Are online prices per bag or per pack?
Online prices include GST and apply to the selected pack. For example, 10 PCS with Quantity 1 means one pack of 10 bags. We do not sell single bags.

Can you customise or print bulk bags?
We arrange custom dimensions, filling and discharge designs, coated fabric, PE liners, colours and printing through our family-owned manufacturing operation. Options are confirmed for each design.
What is the minimum custom order?
Minimum quantities depend on the bag design, fabric, colour and printing requirements. Tell us your quantity and we will confirm the applicable minimum in your quote.

How long do custom orders take?
Typical custom orders take 45–60 days including sea freight, after the deposit and final specification/artwork approval. Special fabrics or colours may take longer. Timing is confirmed in your quote and remains subject to production and shipping delays.
Can you support ongoing supply?
Yes. Share your expected quantities, reorder frequency and delivery postcode. We can discuss stock, production scheduling and delivery for repeat orders.

How do I request a quote?
Start with your quantity and delivery postcode, if known. A bag photo or the weight or volume each bag needs to hold can help. You don’t need a complete specification to start.
