Our Australian supply operation is supported by family-owned manufacturing in Southern China, established in 2000.
Production covers material preparation, fabric and lifting-loop weaving, cutting, printing and sewing. This manufacturing support complements selected stock bags supplied from Auburn and made-to-order designs confirmed to your requirements.
Material preparation & weaving
 Tapes prepared for weaving bulk bag fabric. |  Woven fabric forms the body of the bag. Fabric and construction are confirmed to the order specification. |  Webbing woven for the lifting loops used in the finished bag design. |

Options for your bag design
Printing, coated fabric and PE liners can be arranged for suitable designs. Available options and minimum quantities are confirmed in your quote.
 Printing can be arranged for agreed artwork and bag designs. |  Coating is available for selected designs, subject to the intended application. |  PE liners can be arranged where specified for the bag design. |

Material quality checks
The factory uses tensile testing equipment for fabric and lifting-loop materials, alongside accelerated ageing equipment. Testing requirements and supporting documents are confirmed for the relevant bag design.
