Returns & Refunds Policy

NSW BULK BAGS does not accept returns or exchanges where a customer has changed their mind.

If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us through our website as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order details and supporting photos where available. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded.

Products must not be returned without prior approval. Approved returns are accepted by prior arrangement at our Auburn warehouse.

For a valid claim under the Australian Consumer Law, or where we supplied the wrong product, NSW BULK BAGS will provide the remedy required by law and cover reasonable return freight where applicable. Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method, normally within five business days after the return has been received and assessed.
