How to Choose the Right Bulk Bag
Start with four details: size, load rating, filling method and unloading method. Then confirm the pack quantity or custom-order requirements. A photo of your current bag and its label can help identify the right specification.
1. Match size and load to your material
Estimate the weight and volume each bag needs to hold. A larger bag does not necessarily carry more weight: always check its safe working load (SWL). Use actual filled weights where possible.
Compare bulk bag sizes and capacity.
2. Choose the filling opening
-
Open top: wide filling access, without an integrated top closure.
-
Duffle top: a fabric skirt opens wide, then gathers and ties closed.
-
Spout top: a smaller inlet for compatible filling equipment. Check diameter, length and attachment for the specific model.
Compare top styles and filling-spout sizes.
3. Match the bottom to your unloading method
A closed bottom has no discharge spout. A spout bottom provides a defined outlet for compatible unloading equipment. Check how the contents will be removed and how the bag will be handled; top and bottom designs are separate choices.
4. Confirm the order quantity
We sell bags in packs, not individually. Quantity 1 means one selected pack. Check the quantities shown on the product page. For custom bags, minimum order quantities and lead times are confirmed with your specification.
